“The NV Rosé Sauvage Brut has a dark salmon color (thanks to the 25% of red wine) and offers an intense, aromatic, almost meaty bouquet of red fruits (red currant, cherries) along with earthy, chalky and yeasty brioche flavors. Vinous indeed on the nose! On the palate, this is a very clear, fresh and aromatic Rosé that comes a long as a sparkling red wine like Trollinger. It’s so charming, round and fresh but also dry and well structured. The finish is clear, dry and cleansing, just gorgeous.
