Do you have an actual store I can shop in instead of buying online?
Of course! We are located on the NE corner of 56th St and E Thomas Rd in Phoenix between Tony’s Auto and Ranch House Grill. Our address and store hours can be found on the About Us page.
Is everything you carry available on the website?
We try to cover most of our inventory on the website where it makes sense, but we do have other items that are not available for purchase online. That’s why you should come see us!
Can you ship beer and wine to a friend or family member out-of-state?
No, we are only allowed to ship within the State of Arizona. If you want to arrange a shipment within Arizona, please email us. If the gift does not contain alcohol, shipment outside of the state via USPS can be arranged.
Can I buy a gift certificate or gift card?
Yes! We have gift certificates available for sale that you can buy in-store or we can email them to your chosen recipient.
Can you put together a gift basket and deliver it?
With enough notice, yes! We recommend 48hr advanced notice for gift baskets, but we can do something quicker as well. We can choose the items within a given budget or you can choose specific items yourself. We have gift baskets available both small and large for a variety of items and budgets.

How long will my delivery take?
The average delivery within the standard delivery range takes 30-45 minutes from the time of your order. Sometimes it will take less, sometimes it will take more due to traffic, construction, weather, deliveries in the queue, etc. If you want a more precise delivery ETA, please email or call us. We can also arrange deliveries for a particular time in the future if you do not need it immediately.
Do you deliver outside of that zone?
With prior arrangement, yes. We will deliver to Mesa, Chandler, North Scottsdale and other parts of the valley with 48hr advanced notice and payment arrangements.
Can you leave my delivery on my doorstep if I’m not home?
If it contains alcohol, absolutely under no circumstances can we leave your delivery on your doorstep. According to the State Law of Arizona, we are required to verify ID and have a person 21+ sign and accept the delivery.
Can I buy other liquor from you instead of just beer or wine?
Can you deliver cigarettes?
No, we do not sell cigarettes in the store and it is against the law in the State of Arizona to deliver cigarettes.
Can I tip the delivery driver?
Absolutely! Although we do not expect a tip, it’s appreciated for fast and friendly service always. We’ve even been known to accept hugs.
Do you sell kegs?
Yes. We do not have on-hand inventory of kegs but we can order them for you for your kegerator or next party. If you order a keg, you will be charged at the time of order and it will generally come in Thursday or Friday if ordered by end-of-day Tuesday. We also have plastic ice bins and standard pump keg taps available for short term rental (an applicable deposit will be charged for rental items). To request a list of kegs that are available for purchase, please email or call us.
Can you order my favorite wine for me?
Likely. We can buy anything that is sold by a licensed distributor within the State of Arizona, so if you can order it at your favorite restaurant or you’ve bought it from another local store, the likelihood is extremely high that we can get it (exceptions: out-of-stock items, allocated items, store exclusive items,etc). If you order it directly from an out-of-state winery or receive it as part of a wine club, our ability to buy the items can vary widely. If you have questions about availability of a particular item and want us to order it for you or want us to stock it, please email or call us.
Can you order by favorite beer for me?
Likely. We can buy anything that is sold by a licensed distributor within the State of Arizona, so if you can order it at your favorite restaurant or you’ve bought it from another local store, the likelihood is extremely high that we can get it (exceptions: out-of-stock items, allocated items, store exclusive items,etc). If you see it regularly stocked on other stores shelves and would like us to stock it, please email or call us.
Can you order Pliny the Elder or Yuengling?
These are our two most asked-for beers, and for now, the answer is still no on both.
What happens when I select “Store Pickup” on the website?
If you checkout with “Store Pickup” selected, your order will be pulled from inventory and held for you to be picked up during our specified retail store hours.
Are you looking for new local vendors to sell in the store and on the website?
The answer to this is always yes, when it makes sense for both of us. If you think we would love your locally-produced item and would like to tell us why we should carry it, please email us.
Since you’re a small store and not a big chain, won’t your prices be higher than everywhere else?
We have found this to be absolutely not true on most items we carry in the store, our pricing often matches or is lower many other local stores.
Can you sell us beer or wine for our wedding?
Perhaps. Some venues have vendor requirements, but if your wedding venue allows, we would love to help you choose and source the items for you. Please email us to start a discussion.
Can we drink in your store?
If we are having an in-store sampling event, yes. We do not serve on-site and we cannot sell you a pint of beer or glass of wine for consumption on-premises at this time.
