Château de Costis has an extraordinary deep, shiny, red color. The aroma is powerful with a lot of frutiness. The taste is soft with a very good amount of tannin for a Bordeaux wine. It is a very well balanced wine.
In 1985 Laurent Mazeau began the work of renovating his family’s extensive vineyard holdings in Southern Bordeaux. Plantings stretch out over 137 hectacres over six Chateaux, and Laurent’s goal is to offer consumers unbeatable values in Bordeaux. Farming is sustainable.
