For Delectable Mountains, we set aside a batch of our red wine barrel-aged sour blond and stuffed it with kumquats. After months of mingling in the barrel, the resulting beer is singularly glorious. The aroma is bursting with citrus, rose, and pineapple. On the palate, this beer is explosively flavorful while remaining remarkably balanced. It’s a massive pain in the ass to make – especially cutting up all those kumquats – so we really hope you dig it.
