Mother Road Bobtail Pale Ale

With this collaboration we paired with Boneyard, the preeminent Northwest brewer of IPAs to pay tribute to the Bobtail motorcycle. Together we created a Juicy Pale Ale with recently released Star Party yeast, Cascade hops in the mash, Centennial hops in the whirlpool, and Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook as dry hop additions.
