Elegant, intense and fruity wine of Negroamaro and Primitivo is an incredibly appealing red loaded with dark wild cherries, raspberries sweet herbs and spices, made in a soft-textured, generous style, aged in underground cellars.
Winemaking
The fruit is harvested by hand into small baskets and whisked to the winery to cool down before crushing.
The grapes are pressed and the juice fermented without stems with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts 12-14 days and temperatures are monitored throughout. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
