Wren House Birthday Boy Wally

Our annual bday TIPA is here! We started with a tried and true Wally base; pils, malted oats, blue beard durum, farro, and a touch of flaked oats. Creamy oat character was the goal here! Hopped hot side with an exceptional lot of Idaho 7. Fermented to 10% abv. Dry hopped heavily (a lil more than a typical Wally!) with our private Citra lot, Strata, Amarillo, and a bit of NZ grown Waimea. Intense but soft hop character throughout! Big dole pineapple, pink grapefruit, peach vibes.
