Wren House Red Ghost

We started with the finest English malts we could find. Mashed with our local Prescott water (ideal for these English style beers) alongside heritage floor malted Maris Otter, crystal malt, double roasted crystal malt, premium English caramalt, and a touch of malted oats. Hopped moderately with balance in mind. Fermented cool with our reliable English ale strain, allowing to warm towards the end. We aimed to make this ESB an ultra drinkable balanced experience, goal achieved… deep aromas of toasted biscuits, rolo, candied apricot. Flavor is long and so enjoyable, with a very nice bigness to it for being a smaller beer. Help us bring more pub beer to the people!
